| Hydraulic system is of great importance in the aerospace domain. System usingkerosene as working medium is the developing direction of the hydraulic system in thisarea. The burden of carrying hydraulic source can be lightened with the use of this kindof system. This will maximize the ability to carry load of the space shuttle. Piston pumpusing kerosene as working medium is the key component of the kerosene hydraulicsystem. The life and the reliability of the pump influence the working condition of thesystem. Design and manufacture of the kerosene piston pump working at high speedand high pressure is an important task.A large number of reference papers from both domestic and abroad are searchedand read. In addition of the study method and technical way of the traditional pistonpump and development of piston pump working in low viscosity medium, the keyproblem in researching the kerosene piston pump is analyzed in this paper. Thedevelopment situation of domestic and abroad at the design method, oil film theory andmaterials development aspect is analyzed.Analysis on motion and force about the bent axis type piston pump using keroseneas working medium refer to the traditional piston pump design method is done. Thecalculate method of the key structure dimensions aiming at the target request such as therate of flow is discussed in this dissertation. Aiming at the key friction pairs, theory andsimulation analysis is carried on about the oil film situation. And the key friction pairswhich limit the life of the piston pump are researched through experiments using themachine imitating the real working condition. Three pairs of materials which are mostlikely to solve the friction and wear problems are picked out of many material samplesgotten from the anti-wear area and are designed to the piston pump. A lot of tests arecarried on according to the PV value theory and the friction and wear factors.Simulation about the intensity of the key parts of the pump is carried on in thisdissertation. The optimum gap value of the piston pair is given in consider of theleakage and the mechanical efficiency. In the end, through the simulation on the wholepump using the model built with the SimulationX software, flow and pressurecharacteristics is analyzed and the efficiency of the designed pump is predicted. |
