These are the foundation for the building informationdevelopment. At present, Smart city is the direction of city development in future,even the new key points of economic. Smart building are recognized the foundationof smart city. So how to implement smart building successfully is seem particularlyimportant.This thesis introduce the definition, meaning and the layer of Smart Buildingand base on the actual project, discuss the implementation design process, and givethe suggestion of how to make sure the project complete successfully. The thesis’smajor content including five parts:1, Research background, significance;2, thefoundation of the smart building project, and the definition of smart building;3, therequirement analysis of project;4, introduce the implementation design of theproject. It includes basic function, business function and extends function;5, focuson how the make sure the project completed. The thesis’s emphasis is to researchhow to realize the Smart Building concept into practice.Through the research, the thesis will discuss how to compete the design ofSmart Building project implementation, base on the requirement analysis. Suchresearch will be used for reference.
