Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Smart Building

In recent years, our country has been committed to accelerate the transformation of economic development mode,and promoted the development of strategic emerging industries. The new generation of information technology, as one of the seven strategic emerging industries, developmenting rapidly particularly, has extended a relatively complete industrial chain. The direct use of the new generation of information technology is the Smart City construction, and the Smart City pilot list has reached 193 currently.The successful application and development of the Smart City construction, element of Smart City construction,are particularly important.With the pace of building intelligence changes accelerating, the problem of Smart Building market our country faces,is also gradually outstanding. Establishing a set of objective and fair building evaluation system is good for the supervision and guidance of the Smart Building market, and can also evaluate and feedback the operation effect of the Smart Building. This article summarized the concept and technology of the latest research results of Smart Building at home and abroad, expounded the present situation of the development of Smart Building in our country, finished the basic technical architecture of the Smart Home, Smart Building and Smart Community. Finally, on the view of life cycle,I constructed a set of Smart Building evaluation system which contains 5 dimensions, 15 elements and 30 indexes on the principle of "wide caliber, grasping focus".The evaluating of the Minmetals Industrial Park Enterprise Service Center building,shows that the “Smart” of the project building rating as "excellent",using the evaluation index system which contains the weight coefficient of evaluation system, calculated by AHP based on expert scoring. The conclusion is in comparison with the implementation of the project, which confirms that the research method and the evaluation system are reasonable and scientific.The focus of this paper: 1, Based on the current development of more mature intelligent building technology architecture, and combined with the Smart city information platform, this paper finished the technical architecture of Smart Building. 2,By summarying of other smart industry related evaluation system, Smart Building evaluation system were discussed.The purpose is to provide a reference for the healthy development of the Smart Building in our country.
