In the environment of continuous progress and development of science and technology,information technology has provided many strong support for the development of various industries and created a lot of value.In the field of construction industry,information technology is widely used,especially BIM Technology,which is of great significance to the information development of construction industry.In the construction project,mechanical and electrical specialty as the most complex application,professional collaboration requirements are higher,and it will have a greater impact on the later operation and development of the construction project,so the application of BIM Technology is particularly important.With the rapid development of hospital intelligence and information technology,the complexity of hospital mechanical and electrical installation project is increasing,and the difficulty of project management is also increasing.In order to solve the problems of content conflict and uncoordinated communication in hospital mechanical and electrical installation project,it is necessary to reasonably apply BIM Technology in the whole process of hospital mechanical and electrical installation project to carry out the management work of building model and optimizing pipeline.After summarizing the research and application status of BIM Technology in construction projects at home and abroad,this thesis describes the development status of traditional management of hospital installation projects at the present stage,defines the two concepts of project life cycle management and BIM Technology,and analyzes the application of BIM Technology in the whole life cycle.This thesis combs the content of project lifecycle management system,and analyzes it from three aspects of BIM Technology lifecycle management design,personnel organization management design,and BIM based project management information platform design.Then the object of study is the mechanical and electrical installation project of a maternal and child health care hospital.Firstly,the general situation of the project is introduced.Secondly,the BIM Technology Implementation Scheme of the project is introduced.Then,the BIM Technology requirements proposed by the project management are elaborated in detail from the following aspects,including: the owner's requirements for the success of the project,the efficient communication among the project participants,the accurate statistics of the engineering quantity,the management of the project management,the management of the project management,and the implementation of the BIM Technology Then,based on the specific BIM software operation platform,relying on BIM model construction,optimized pipeline deployment and accurate statistics of engineering quantity,the BIM virtual construction model is constructed to simulate and optimize the construction plan of hospital mechanical and electrical installation project.This thesis studies specific cases to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of BIM Technology Application in hospital mechanical and electrical installation project management.On the basis of improving the scientific rationality of project management plan,it can reduce the possibility of engineering changes,improve the efficiency of information transmission,and strengthen the communication and cooperation among project participants,so as to improve the efficiency of hospital mechanical and electrical installation project.
