| ILS and VOR system are normal precision approach landing system and air shortrange navigation system which regulated by ICAO.They are widely used in navigationall over the world.Portable ILS/VOR Signal Analyzer is a key equipment which isspecially used to detect validity of ILS and VOR signal. It is used throughout theprocess from production debugging in the factory to use and maintenance daily at theairport.In our country,most of testers are a single ILS function signal analyzer,andproduct level is in the1990s,such as low digital level,slow processing speed,lowmeasurement accuracy,large volume and weight and poor portability.In order to enhancethe digital level and increases the detection precision and portability, The paper mainlyresearches a new portable analyzer through self-financing, which can test ILS (MB) andVOR signal.The analyzer is mainly composed of three parts such as the host, receiving antenna,power adapter.The host consists of a receiver unit, a data processing and control unit,apower supply unit and spare batteries. Antenna is the half-wave symmetric oscillatorantenna, used to receive ILS/VOR field signal. Receiver unit adopts super heterodynereceiving circuit, processing the received RF signal into video baseband signal. Dataprocessing and control unit consists of control and display module and data processingmodule with DSP+FPGA structure, parameter computation is realized by using DFTalgorithm.It get the required parameters by sampling, A/D converting,processing videobaseband signal,then sends data through the serial port to control and display module.Control and display module uses3.5inch TFT LCD, CPU choices NXP company withARM7kernel cost-effective chip, and receives data processing module the data fordisplay, share the DSP control tasks at the same time. Power supply unit mainlyconverts+15V of adapter output and low voltage of battery output to±12V or+5Vvoltage for the receiver and data processing and control unit, it has the function ofpreventing connection error of two poles of battery, battery management and powermanagement module, and uninterruptible power supply.At present,a formal sample equipment has been completed which has themeasurement of high precision, small volume and light weight. After the test, various functions and performance indicators of the analyzer have reached the system designrequirements. |
