Along with the development of the society, industrial production and science andtechnology have been developed rapidly, Automation of the production process hasbecome the development trend of the mainstream, Correspondingly, the maintenance ofautomation equipment has become increasingly important. In the progress of scientificresearch and engineering practice, automatic lubrication technology has been widely used,At the same time, higher and higher requirements to automatic lubrication equipmentperformance has been putted forward, and high reliable, high efficiency of lubricationequipment become the first choice for many manufacturers.In automatic lubricating equipment, We have more and more directions to choose.Multipoint plunger oil injection pump can be used to the lubricating point directly, in orderto make sure the system under the best economic and reliable operation, we canconfigurate different specifications and different number of pump unit according to thedifferent need of the system.In this paper, the multipoint plunger oil injection pump we studied is a kind of radialpiston pump; The subject comes from the factory actual problem with the purpose ofsolving some practical problems such as: damage to critical components, excessive noise,low oil supply efficiency and so on. Through the2D drawings from the factory, we knowthe actual structure of the pump, and learn the working principle of the pump; do somethree-dimensional modeling with PROE; and also we make the kinematic and dynamicanalysis: we can get the speed and acceleration curve of the plunger rod through thekinematic analysis; get the force of the piston rod by the dynamics analysis, Thensimulation analysis was carried out on the key components plunger rod through theAnsys/Workbench software, we can get the stress and strain nephogram.Based on the research of the pump unit, we understand its structure and workingprinciple, and mathematical modeling was carried out on the check flat valve, and set upsimulation model in Matlab/Simulink software, make a simulation analysis, get theplunger pump unit mouth cavity pressure and outlet flow and valve opening change along with the change of time, by changing the parameters of the pump unit, we can learn itsinfluence on these variables.This article discussed the plunger vice clearance to the influence of factors on thevolumetric efficiency, and combined with the engineering fluid mechanics knowledge toimprove the average leakage flow equation, and found the factors influencing theleakage flow: the eccentricity of the CAM; the vice clearance plunger and plunger viceinitial seal length; the dynamic viscosity of the fluid medium, increase the volumetricefficiency of the pump for us to provide the reference....
