| Speed control loop is one of a basic circuit which is played an essential role inhydraulic drive system; it has a wide variety of applications in Machine tool equipment,Agricultural machinery, aeronautics and astronautics. Speed control loop is mainly used toadjust the working speed of executive component; it plays a decisive influence on theperformance of system. With the continuous improvement of all kinds of workingcondition requirements, hydraulic components are also constantly updated, In order tomaximize use the function of the new type of hydraulic components; we must design thenew type hydraulic basic circuits to meet the new type of hydraulic components.Based on the study of the double stator multi-pump multi-speed motor of the singleand double-acting. Because of the special structure and function of the double stator pump(motor), we design the basic control circuit based on these new types of hydrauliccomponents. Here we mainly to research and analysis the speed control circuit based onthese new types of hydraulic components.This topic is in the principle of double hydraulic pump and motor stator, on the basisof the traditional hydraulic speed control loop, a variety of new type hydraulic speedregulation circuits based on double pump and motor stator were designed. The structureand principle of the circuit is introduced in detail, and the static characteristic of thesecircuits are analyzed, the speed, torque, power characteristics and the load characteristicsof the loop are described in detail, and these performance are expressed by curve chart.Comparing with traditional circuit which has similar function, it is concluded that thenew type of speed control circuit has greater speed adjusting range compared withtraditional circuit; the new type of speed control loop can output multistage constanttorque and multistage constant power. The new type of circuit can give oil to twoindependent system use one pump body at the same time.Taking some of these circuits for example, establish simulation model of thesecircuits in AMESIM, set parameters of each component, comparing and analyzing eachsimulation result of new type of circuit and traditional circuit.Set up experiment platform, chosen some new type of circuits, connected these circui ts with double stator pump (motor) and conducted experiment in lab, record experimentaldata, so that these new type of circuits would applied in practice better. |
