In order to make the single-acting double-stator pump has the continuous flowadjusting function, the single function structure of the double-stator pump has to beimproved,which is to form the single-acting double-stator variable pump with the addingof a variable mechanism.First of all the variable principle of the single-acting double-stator pump and a kindof variable structure of limited pressure external feedback single-acting double-statorpump are analyzed and designed.Then the variable characteristics and structuralcharacteristics of the single-acting double-stator pump are analyzed by usingthe single-acting double-stator pump structure diagram with the help of CAD and theusing of3D software Pro/E simulation.the single-acting double-stator pump variablesymbols was first set, and then the four connection works of single-acting dual statorvariable pump was analyzed by using the symbols schematic.On the basis of theconnecting rod roller motion form, the output flow calculation expression of the outsideand inside pumps in the single-acting double-stator pump were calculated separately, andaccording to the influence of the thrust plate with deflection angle the output floweffect of those angles to the pump was analyzed.The rotor force situation was analyzedwhen the inner pump and the outer pump separately work alone and the inner and outerwork at the same time, and the rotor force computational expressions was obtained. Thevariable regularity of rotor stress distribution and the stress size and direction wasacquired by using the MATLAB numerical simulation.The limited pressure externalfeedback single-acting double-stator variable pump mathematical model is established.The author then analysis the steady-state and dynamic characteristics of the pump and setup the dynamic block diagram of the pump by using the flow equation and forceequilibrium equation to calculate the pump variable flow rate and pressure in the processof relationship equation. analysis the affected performance of the pump by the singlefunction of dual stator feedback spring parameters in variable pump, oil cylinder forcearea, flow gain, leakage coefficient and oil bulk modulus such factors by using Simulinksimulation.Finally through the experiment of single function double-stator variable mechanism and the original variables function of authentication, the author carried outexperimental data collection and analysis, at last validate the correctness of variablemachine in principle.What the paper has done is just the single-acting double-stator variable primary stageof the work, the conclusion and data has laid a good foundation for the optimizationdesign of the double pump-stator variable mechanism.
