Study On Public Service System In Chongqing New North Zone EBD Park

According to the “regulations of College of Architecture and Urban Planning ofChongqing University full-time Professional Degree Student Handbook”，this thesis is aResearch report，which is one of the Master of Architecture professional degree thesisforms．"Livable city" is the goal of sustainable development of EBD park in ChongqingNew North Zone，and “fusion of production and city”is the path of it．Therefore，in the development process of EBD park，its necessary that developing livable publicservice system according to the industries characteristics，urbanization demand，industrial functions urban functions of EBD park，"livable city" and "sustainabledevelopment" goals can be achieved．The research literature on domestic industrial park public service system showsthat：research related to public service system is broader，but shallow and notsystematic，relevant planning targeted，operability and adaptability is weak．Inparticular，consideration to the different needs of urban transformation is not enough，and lack of "livability" building strategies．According to the special conditions of"industrial park urbanization"，"public service system" is divided into logistics systemsand social services system，and subdivided into production services，life services，business services，education，recreation space and facilities and other types of socialsecurity．Study its "livability" construction in the transition process of EBD parksystematically．It is worth noting that，EBD park urbanization needs the support ofpopulation， the construction of residential service system is the basicguarantee．Population gathered in the process of urbanization，making the park greatlyincreased demand for commercial，education，leisure services，social security and othersocial service facilities，and promote its "adaptive transformation Construction"．"Complex ecological concept" is the guiding ideology in EBD park’s developmentprocess，experienced the Three stages of natural ecology，industrial ecology，socialecology，and twice the transition process．Construction of the public service system alsoexists in three stages，two transformation．This paper study the "adaptive" situation ofpublic service system in the transition process of EBD Park， and evaluate it from thesafety，convenience，convenience and comfort． In phase of the natural ecology，logistics services system is the main constructionof public service system construction in the core area，and emphasis on planning andconstruction of city functions，administration，recreation，business services and otherfacilities were planning aside，while also focusing on adaptability consider buildingspace to accommodate the later development of the demand for social servicesfacilities．In phase of industrial ecology，logistics services diversified and socialized，the needs of urban transformation prompted the construction of social services system inperipheral area．In phase of social ecology，logistics services socialized totally，socialservice system is also emphasis on diversity and difference-building， developing to thedirection of "livability"．Construction of public service system of EBD park gains some success，accordingto the "livability" evaluation，here is the analysis results：1) in terms of safety，lack ofroutine security facilities，the construction of open space and the stadium，making thepark can better cope with disasters；2)in terms of convenience，lack of low-endcommercial and educational facilities in the nursery convenience is not enough，it ismore a lack of facilities for the elderly．3)in terms of convenience，all kinds of facilitiesconcentrated around the happy square， or around the main building， form thecomprehensive function of regional function．4)in terms of comfort, pay attention to thepark context restoration，held varieties of cultural and recreational activities，but the lackof perfect signage system and street furniture．At the end of the article，summary the experiences and deficiencies of publicservice system’s construction of EBD park，and puts forward suggestions．At the sametime，according to the characteristics of the construction of public service system in thepark，summary the relevant planning mode under "mixed function"，"elastic concept"ideas，and "spatial structure" model．...
