With the rapid development of China’s economy turning into high-quality development,the commercial circulation industry is gradually developing in the direction of scale,informatization,convenience and internationalization,and the commercial logistics service is becoming more and more professional.The interactive development between professional market and logistics has gradually promoted the development and construction of trading-service logistics park,which mainly serves the business circulation industry.As a key type of logistics park in China in recent years,building an efficient and diversified business development model plays an important role in improving the business circulation industry and reducing the logistics cost.At present,there are still many problems in the large-scale construction of trading-service logistics park,and there is a lack of relatively mature theoretical system.Among them,the advantages and disadvantages of trading-service logistics park layout directly affect the logistics operation efficiency and logistics cost.Therefore,it is necessary to study the layout optimization of trading-service logistics park to effectively promote the service level and quality of trading-service logistics park.Based on the research of the actual trading-service logistics park,combined with the actual survey and data,this paper makes a systematic research on the layout optimization of trading-service logistics park from the following three aspects.(1)This paper analyzes the relevant factors to promote the formation and development of trading-service logistics park,summarizes the characteristics and development trend of trading-service logistics park,and constructs the service function architecture of trading-service logistics park according to its characteristics.Based on the analysis of the connotation of plane layout,this paper summarizes the basic ideas of plane layout planning of trading-service logistics park.(2)This paper analyzes the characteristics of the demand structure of the goods source of the trading-service logistics park,compares the economic strength of the cities by using the principal component analysis method,and constructs a calculation method to determine the attraction range of the carrier city through the gravity model and the breaking point,Through the analysis of many factors affecting the freight volume,and using the grey prediction model and regression analysis model,the freight volume of the carrier city in the target year is predicted.According to the characteristics of tradingservice logistics park,this paper divides the freight volume based on business circulation industry,establishes the evaluation index system of logistics nodes,and calculates the sharing rate of the park by using TOPSIS model,and finally obtains the freight volume carried by the trading-service logistics park in the target year.(3)This paper combs the functional area division methods based on different combinations of service functions,and puts forward the functional area division methods from the perspective of logistics,business flow and people flow participation.Based on SLP-grid method,this paper analyzes the comprehensive relationship of functional areas,uses grid to divide logistics parks,constructs a functional area layout model that can solve irregular shape logistics parks,and uses genetic algorithm to solve the model.Taking Zhongxin Nanning International Logistics Park as an example,the paper outputs the optimal functional area layout scheme,and demonstrates the trading-service logistics park proposed in this paper.The rationality and operability of the theoretical system and method of plane layout.
