Reserch On Architecture Exterior Space Update Design Of Contemporary Industrial Heritage

Industrial heritage as a witness of human cultural progress and the historicaldevelopment, has the very important multiple value. Since90’s of last century, China’surban development has entered a period of rapid urbanization, the transformation ofsocial economy and the adjustment of industrial structure makes the traditionalindustrial zone construction conditions and external environment, infrastructureconditions showed hysteresis and aging phenomenon, have suffered industrial declinegradually after being moved out of the city or abandoned. So the city is the emergenceof a large number of waste plant, industrial waste land and other remains, its internalconstruction damage collapse, plant the tuft, piled up points and some even graduallydeveloped into a city garbage, the overall performance of a dilapidated, no vitality ofthe city scene, affects the city environment quality and the overall style, at the sametime to cover the industrial heritage and cultural connotation. Although the research onindustrial heritage protection and utilization has achieved some results, some of the oldindustrial area environment is also improved, but because of people’s quality of life andliving environment requirements are constantly upgrading, exterior space environmentof city of the old industrial zone modification has gradually attracted more people’sattention, update the construction of external space of industrial heritage buildings stillhave a large space for development.The paper is divided into five chapters to update the design and research ofcontemporary industrial heritage architecture exterior space:The first chapter is the part of raising problems, mainly related to the concept ofindustrial heritage and the definition of the architecture exterior space’s updated design,and make the research’s core focus on the renewal design of the contemporary industrialheritage architecture’s exterior space, confirm the research’s purpose, significance andstructure. Furthermore, this part will settle the present theory about the renewal andtransformation of industrial heritage.The second and third chapter are part of the problem analysis, this part firstlycarries on the analysis to the external space of industrial heritage buildings, respectivelyexpounds the classification, form, and spatial elements characteristics etc. Followed bythe analysis for the transformation of the external space of industrial heritage value, and the related influence factors in design were described. Finally, according to the analysisof relevant theoretical research and case, sorting out the principles and Strategies ofexternal space transformation of industrial heritage buildings designed to update.The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper, mainly to solve the problem. This partwill study the human’s behavior in the outside space first, and then will analysis humanbehavior’s demands for construction of external space. Lastly, state the method andmain points of the outer space of industrial heritage architecture design renewal fromthe unit of space form and structure etc.The fifth chapter is the part of integrating theory with practice, mainly the authorparticipated in Mianyang City, Chaoyang plant design experience, the above theory isfurther elaborated, and further illustrate the ideas and features of external space designof industrial heritage building renewal.The last part is the conclusion and prospect of this paper for the future constructionof external space renewal of industrial heritage buildings.
