Study Of The Spatial Structure Of Urban Old Industrial Area From The Perspective Of Heritage Corrido

Since the completion of the Jiaoji Railway in 1904,it has gone through more than 100 years of vicissitudes.From 1904 to 1949,the Jiaoji Railway experienced many periods such as German occupation,Japanese occupation and the National Government,and the second day occupation.Although in different periods the Jiaoji Railway has different development characteristics,throughout the whole process,the construction of the Jiaoji Railway has had a profound impact on the industrial development of Shandong Province,and even changed the industrial structure of the cities along the Jiaoji Railway.Therefore,there is an inseparable relationship between the Jiaoji Railway and the industries along it.With the establishment of People's Republic of China and the completion of the electrical transformation of Jiaoji Railway in 2003,Jiaoji Railway was listed in the first batch of industrial heritage list on January 27,2018.At the same time,since the 1970 s,with the change of economic pattern,the relationship between industrial development and urban development has attracted more and more attention.The cities along the Jiaoji Line are also facing the problems of industrial transformation and upgrading,the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,and the replacement of industrial land.Through field investigation on the whole line of Jiaoji Railway from 2016 to 2017,it is found that the distribution of old industrial areas along the line of Jiaoji Railway shows obvious line dependence.At the same time,the status quo of these old industrial zones is not optimistic,and some of them are facing the fate of being demolished at any time.In this context,for the study of urban industrial zones along the Jiaoji Railway,a comprehensive heritage protection theory is needed as a support to study both the J iaoji Railway and the old industrial zones in a framework.Through the study of herita ge corridor theory,the node,region and corridor system of heritage corridor are embedded in the spatial structure of Jiaoji Line and industrial zone along the line.Summari ze the industrial development characteristics of different cities in different periods and in the same period.Summarize the law of development.The database of Jiaoji Railwa y and its urban industrial zones is established to provide references for later research.
