Detachable grip ropewayhas the characteristics that the cabins have higher speedout of the station and lower speed in the station, every cabin mass bigger comparedwith fixed grip ropeway. And the way to arrange the line of fixed grip ropeway is notapply to detachable grip ropeway. Therefore, we must design a reasonable solution toarrange the line of detachable grip ropeway.This thesis take the Hengshan Mountains detachable grip ropeway whichdesigned by Beijing materials handling research institute as the object of study. On theproblem of line layout out of the station, dynamic model of multi-point loads cablesystem was built by Discrete Calculation Method(DCM). Then the curve of first ordernatural frequency when a point load at different locationwas sloved. Also the firstorder natural frequency which influenced by different factors were found out.On theproblem of line layout in the station, dynamic model of a cabin accelerating anddecelerating was built.Then simulating the swing angle in the process of a cabinaccelerating and decelerating.This dissertation’s main work is as follow:①The dynamic model of a single point load condition and multi-point loadscondition was built by Discrete Calculation Method(DCM). The first order naturalfrequency of cable system under a single point load condition and multi-point loadscondition were obtained. Also the first order natural frequency influenced by tension,span and the mass of cabin were studied.②Calculated the maximum and minimum value of the first order naturalfrequency by using Discrete Calculation Method(DCM).Then compared them with themaximum and minimum value of internal incentive. Finally, the reasonable range ofspan was found out.③Built a cabin in or out dynamic model. Then the speed curves under5m/s and6m/s conditions were designed. Compared the swing angle with the conditions ofuniformly accelerated motion and decelerated motion.It was found that the swing angleunder S-shaped acceleration and deceleration conditions significantly smaller thanunder uniformly accelerated motion and decelerated motion.Optimized the layout ofpulleys in the acceleration and deceleration device in the station finally.
