With the rapid development of Chinese economy, power load increasing, crossing ofpower lines were increasingly frequent. Lines crossing become more frequent, more andmore high-voltage across. Across live-line technology must advance with the times. Thetraditional transmission lines crossing process, a blackout or power outage-line Erectionacross method of construction has been growing by development which is unable to meethigh-quality, reliable supply of electricity demand. Therefore, the research on crossingconstruction technology applied to live-line is very meaningful. The paper research on theprotective mesh live crossing technology for intensive live line construction design,andprovide a reference for intensive live line construction.The paper analyzed the impact of crossing live-line technology factors with therequirements of blackout operation. Based on these factors, the common way of crossinglive-line was compared. Through the analysis of the situation of the intensive live lineconstruction, the protective mesh live crossing technology which was suitable for intensivelive line construction was determined by using the analytic hierarchy process. Through theprotective mesh live crossing technology further studied, related mechanical calculationmodel which was included parameters about mesh device, carrying cable, anchoringdevice and temporary crossarm was established, and corresponding calculation formulawas deduced. By means of computer numerical simulation, the simulation model ofprotective mesh live crossing was established by using LS-DYNA. The simulation modelwas used to research the forces of skyline under impact load.The correctness of theoreticalcalculation was verified by comparing the simulation results and the theoretical results.The protective mesh live crossing for intensive live line construction software whichimproved the work efficiency of the design was developed. With the protective mesh livecrossing for intensive live line construction software,a construction scheme was designedfor the750kV substation transmission project in kuqa,Aksu. Finally based on risk factorsin construction, relevant measures were put forward.
