| In recent years, the adaptive variant aircraft based on intelligent material structure has got wideattention both at home and abroad, the research and application of piezoelectric materials is a keytechnology to promote the development of intelligent material structure. Piezoelectric intelligentstructures, not only can measure the aircraft’s structure of the dynamic and static parameters, but alsocan further support real-time monitoring, vibration control and adaptive deformation, etc. As a drivingelement, piezoelectric material needs power supply suitable for capacitive load driver. Therefore, thedevelopment of integrated piezoelectric material drive power becomes very important in the study ofsmart skin. This paper design and make a voltage control type driving power suitable for piezoelectricmaterial, and finishes an application research in the vibration control.Firstly, the development history, research situation and practical application of intelligent skinstructure has been elaborated to finish the introduction and comparison of the characteristics of thiskind of power supply at home and abroad, then the research significance and difficulty are cleared anddefinite; Secondly, the voltage control type and current control type two kinds of drive powercharacteristics are analyzed and simulated by Pspice to guarantee the correctness of the circuit model.Again, simulation and production of voltage control type drive power supply based on PA78, and theimprovement of the circuit board to undertake various improvement measures and anti-interferencedesign has been completed; Later, the comprehensive test of basic performance parameters for thepower supply has been finished to verify the design instrument all aspects of advantages. Finally,virtual instrument measurement and control system’s software and hardware platform are introducedand the application of active vibration control is finished to realize the drive power in the PXIreal-time operating system. |
