The development of e-commerce industry is rapid in today, a famous domestic electricity’s daytrading broke through35billion yuan in Nov.11. The development of electronic commerce willgreatly promote the development of goods storage industry, and at the same time, the demand ofgoods stored shelf will also follow up. But the welded shelves already cannot satisfy the applicationrequirements, more and more industries have been paid attention to the modular shelves. However,most companies still use traditional method of welded shelves which have a lot of shortcomings todesign modular shelves. Based on the analysis of the modular shelves’ shortages of the traditionaldesign method, this article proposed design reuse of case-based rapid for modular shelves, in orderto improve the design efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises. The concreteresearch content is as follows:On the basis of predecessors’ research magnify the role of case reasoning technology in designreuse theory. Analyze design requirements, contrapose design modular shelves’ features build a set ofcase-based reasoning technology design reuse system; the key technology of the system are analyzed,based on modular shelves design components is quantity, closed relationship, closely related withfunction etc, choose the knowledge expression method based on ontology to express modular shelvesdesign knowledge; The retrieval method use method of adjacent, on the basis of the similarity basedon rough set theory to determine the modular shelf components in the weights of similarity retrieval;by adopting the platform and tools which are database technology, VC++and CLIPS, developedmodular shelves design reuse system, and the system is verified by specific examples. Verificationresults show that the system design of modular shelves can greatly shorten the design cycle, improvethe efficiency of its design, maintenance and management of design knowledge has played a very bigrole.The research achievements of this paper provide a new design method of combined shelves withtheoretical basis, may improve competitiveness of the shelf enterprise.
