With the development of national economy, industrial structure transformation:gradually from the pursuit of quantity of commodity production to improve the quality of service output, among which, creative industries gradually play a more important role and become an important carrier of economic development. At the same time, the original industrial plant loses its production function,it is difficult to adapt to the new development demand, and it is urgent to reuse its space.Under this background, the transformation of old industrial buildings into creative industrial parks has gradually become a more and more hot transformation model, and the old industrial buildings and creative industries have also shown a good momentum in this continuous development process: lower rent,More lasting design environment, but also for the old industrial building reconstruction for creative industry park greater development space. However, with the development of this model, the problems faced by the design and office-based creative industry park in operation are gradually highlighted. There are contradictions between the large space characteristics of old industrial buildings and the rich and diversified functional space of creative design office, which leads to low space utilization, large public share, large difference between rent and actual rental space, and high useless cost.In view of the operation of the creative industrial park after the transformation of the old industrial buildings, the operators in most cases directly adopt the rent policy to subsidize or directly reduce the rent, but this way is not sustainable for the long-term operation of the park. The root cause still needs to consider the factors related to operation and use. This paper is to explore the design method of transforming the old industrial buildings into creative design space. The first part is the first chapter, introduction chapter, leading to the problems studied in this paper. This paper introduces the background of this study, puts forward the phenomena reflected in this background, analyzes the problems that cause this kind of phenomenon, finds out the key of the problem and explores the direction of solving the problem.Clarify the significance, current situation and research method framework. The second part is the second chapter, analyzes the question. The second chapter is the basic research content.First, the development history and architectural characteristics of the long-span old industrial buildings are analyzed and summarized;secondly, the investigation of the old office space is studied, the main urban area and the first line area of Chongqing are selected, the function configuration, operation, layout and usage status are studied, the function organization and space division are summarized; Finally, the paper analyzes the fit of the design office space and the key factors of the reconstruction. The third part is the third, fourth and fifth chapters to solve the problem. The third chapter puts forward the modular theory as the theoretical basis of transformation and optimization, combined with the problems to be solved, analyzes the adaptability of modular theory;the fourth chapter combines the design ideas of modular theory and the characteristics of the problems to be solved, from the design process and transformation of the function. Finally,it verifies the rethinking and optimization of a creative industrial park in Chongqing. The sixth chapter combines the project background of a creative industry park in Chongqing and the design idea of modularization theory to rethink and optimize it.In the seventh chapter, the author puts forward the deficiency of this study and the prospect of the following research...
