Since the completion of arrogant span bridges, there are a lot of domestic and foreignexperts to study the bridge temperature effects, but most studies have focused on the effect ofconcrete temperature. There are relatively little research on the effect of temperature steel, assteel box arch rib temperature effect study extremely rare.This article is mainly based on the bridge steel box arch rib temperature monitoringresults, and then analyze and study its temperature effects. The bridge is in bowstring archbridge, which is highly rib higher than the width of a narrow steel box. Rib along the bridge toexist around the rotation angle of1/5, resulting in a steel box arch rib temperature effectsproduced under stress and strain is very complex.The main contents are: monitoring of steel box arch rib temperature field; establishtemperature distribution curve function, and used to calculate the effect of temperature datameasured by the temperature field; construction process to ensure accurate closed steel arch,considering the temperature effects and countermeasures, including temperature effectsderived lower rib coordinates, Rib temporary cable force is determined; under the bridge intothe state of the system temperature and temperature gradient on the boom stress anddisplacement steel arch stress effects and countermeasures, and compared the four canonicalmode in this paper, the results fit with the temperature distribution mode.By Order of the Phoenix Bridge in the text of Steel Box Tied Arch project to study thebackground, enhancing the overall construction program for large tonnage difficult to followthe "Test-Analysis-Measures" step, a comprehensive analysis of the temperature effect ofthe Phoenix Bridge impact and effect of the use of temperature process engineering practiceto solve technical problems in order to better serve the construction services. This particularcase is bound to provide reference value for other projects.
