| Now the asphalt concrete pavements in our country have common early stage diseasewhich require a lot of funds for repair and maintenance, the reason is mainly because the asphaltmix materials as a kind of discrete particles materials often accompanied by a surfacesegregation, vertical segregation and other types of mass segregation problems in theconstruction process, these uneven quality situations can easily lead to pit, loose and so on.Given the mix segregation often can be reflected on the road appearance, so the qualityconsensus of the road surface of asphalt pavement as a fast, intuitive and important indicators,plays an important role in the quality control of asphalt pavement, and the extent of segregationacts as an expression for the quality consensus of road surface can reflected by road profilefeatures intuitively. This article attempts to monitoring evaluate the quality consensus of asphaltpavement road surface based on independent research and development of laser detectionsystem, tries to measure asphalt pavement by the laser detector, describes the profilecharacteristics of the asphalt pavement road surface, then determines the extent of itssegregation to achieve the purposes to evaluate the quality consensus.For these purposes above, the paper used the road surface characteristics of asphaltpavement as the starting point, put forward the evaluation index and tried to use the lasercontour detector to find a suitable measurement scheme and data processing methods toobjectively describe the real characteristics of the road surface, elected appropriate evaluationindex through laboratory test and conducted research on quality consensus of road surface relyon engineering practice.First, according to the profile characteristics of the asphalt pavement surface, the paperproposed several evaluation and calculation model, the use of a laser detector with small pitch,measure multiple lines, it tried to describe the contour features of the road surface from overallarea, used Matlab software to calculate the measurement data and get the correspondingevaluation index values.Second, the test indoor simulates different profile characteristics of asphalt pavement, thenanalysis the evaluation indicators from stability, regularity and correlation of standardizedindicators, it concludes the indicators based on statistical and computational model obtained bysanding method be better able to objectively evaluate the profile characteristics of the asphaltpavement surface.Finally, relying on engineering practice, use the elected evaluation index which candescribe the contour characteristics of asphalt pavement to conduct evaluation research on the quality consensus of the pavement surface, and use the classification boundaries of segregationevaluation to analyze the segregation status of the actual road, reflecting the segregation causedby the paver both ends and when paver close the bucket, verifying the evaluation methods forthe quality consensus of asphalt pavement used by laser contour detection system. |
