| With China’s sustained and rapid economic development, led the construction of thebridge, especially steel bridge, new materials, new structures makes extensive use of cable-stayed bridge, suspension bridge and other large span steel bridge construction technologyhas been very big progress. At present, there are many kinds of steel deck pavement materialsand epoxy asphalt is an excellent one, due to the epoxy asphalt pavement construction controldifficult, and its cost is also very high, to some extent, restricted promotion and application ofepoxy asphalt, for which it is necessary to develop a proprietary epoxy asphalt materials.Firstly, this paper analyzed the microstructure of epoxy asphalt and studied the curingmechanism and space structural system of epoxy asphalt from a microscopic perspective.Secondly, the paper developed a novel hot-mixing N-EA epoxy asphalt mixture perform-ance test and evaluation studies, and with the current domestic application of more ChemCoepoxy asphalt and TAF epoxy asphalt mixture for basic performance and features comparativetest evaluations, N-EA epoxy asphalt mixture strength, resistance to water damage properties,high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and fatigue properties.Thirdly, this paper had an experimental research on performance of epoxy adhesiveabout the bending performance, high temperature performance, drawing strength and otheraspects of the performance of waterproof adhesive layer on steel deck pavement.Fourthly, the paper developed new warm-mixing N-DB epoxy asphalt mixture perfor-mance test study, the use of EA-10graded studies the steel deck pavement relevant technicalperformance, the use of AC-13C graded studies its application of the best on the road N-DBepoxy asphalt formulations.In the end, this paper made a comment on construction method and quality controlmeasures of hot-mixing epoxy asphalt mixture based on Daxie second bridge steel deckpavement project. |
