In recent years, with the deterioration of the environment each year, extreme weather arecommon. In the cold winter, there are two major domestic heating, mostly coal-fired boilersfor heating in the north, while mostly air conditioning heating in the south. Coal-fired boilersfor heating emissions of harmful gases into the air each year, including dust and carbonmonoxide, sulfur dioxide, the air pollution is serious. Air conditioning is easy to fouling,cleaning is not easy, and these make people more susceptible to faults of air conditioningdiseases and respiratory diseases. This paper takes the user as the center, from the perspectiveof industrial design, explore indoor air quality and pollution solutions to develop new heaterproducts.In the early part of the project, there are statements of current situation, problems, indoorair quality standards, the existing domestic and foreign technology and research content, ideas,significance of the project. Then the project tasks claims were analyzed to determine theproject process and the main tasks and projects division.Using the research methods of industrial design in detail for market research, did asurvey of existing brand representative products, and analyzed its market share, thedevelopment trends of the products and so on. In the user research, user-centered, usingquestionnaires and interviews in the form of expansion, summed up the basic userrequirements. Made the correct orientation to the production, analyzed on the use of theenvironment and determined the product level and product demand.Conceptual design based on preliminary results of research, through the analyzed of themind map, provided the basic elements to be followed so that the product meets the actualdesign. The concept of multiple concepts sketching, obtained possible directions of productsdevelopment, then mapped the best concept finely, carried out details of the design, finallyresulted the ultimately determine plan. Built the digital surface of the final plan with Rhinosoftware, verified the feasibility of the program to determine the final appearance of theproduct. The use of Pro/ENGINEER for structural design, to ensure the integrity of theappearance and structure. Finally, fabrication and testing of prototype, on display for the entire program and evaluation.
