Food and beverage industry in the food processing process will produce a large number of kitchen fume, the smoke contains a variety of toxic chemical composition, long time exposure to fumes, often resulting in human organ damage, serious and even lead to lung cancer. Therefore, the development of oil fume purification device is necessary and has practical significance. The application of oil fume purification device can eliminate the harm to the human body, and the oil fume purification device is developed in 60 years. From the birth of the first natural exhaust fan in 1955, to the modern compound type fume hood, the oil fume purification technology is developing rapidly. However, with the progress of the society, people found the general hood although can eliminate the kitchen fume, but also bring secondary pollution is noise pollution, in the long run, excessive noise environment, the body will produce noise disease, neurasthenia and other diseases. Silencing fume in this study, the design of the purifying device is committed to solve the kitchen fume brings a series of problems. The purpose is to eliminate noise pollution in the removal of lampblack. Through comparison of fume purification technology, select the filtering method is combined with the high voltage electrostatic method of composite fume purification technology, selection of 100 clean cloth, nylon, cotton, non-woven four filter material experiment, comparing their filtering accuracy, resistance, oil absorption, material compatibility, easy to clean level in five aspects, and ultimately selected 100 clean cloth, cotton, supplemented by the filter structure, select open pore foam aluminum, aluminum carbonate fiber cotton absorption experiments, compare the sound absorption performance, and ultimately selected open cell aluminum foam material for absorption of the aerodynamic noise sound-absorbing material; direct selection of closed cell aluminum foam as the purifier fan sound insulation materials.From the kitchen fume purification in all aspects, including oil collecting cover, a flue, a kitchen air supply, material selection, purifier structure design, cleaner production is expounded, finally complete silencing of fume purification device fabrication, and installation of the actual test. The results showed that in the production of silencing fume purification device of the oil fume removal rate reached 98.5%. The actual noise reduction by 15dB.
