Such as it caused to the state and the people’sproperty enormous losses.In this paper, according to the construction features of cast-in-place pile, as while ashaving been read a lot of data, discussing the construction technology of bored pile、defects、influnce factors and construction process quality control. Comparing with the control chartmethods、causal method、AHP、fuzzy evaluation method, then proposed a new method aboutquality control-Extension evaluation method. Through the analysis of the quality control ofbored pile, establish the extension comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. Take ZhengXu High railway for example,No.7pile of715#pier is used to prove the feasibility of theextension comprehensive evaluation mathematics model. At last, evaluate the foundation ofpile quality control and give the improvement measures.Extension comprehensive evaluation is good used in evaluating the quality control inproject management, as well as quality control of bored pile. It makes up for the shortage toevaluate quality through the test of pile foundation. It also has a strong practice atsignificance.
