Bituminous Qavement Disease Analysis And Countermeasure Research In The National Highway And Provincial Highway Of Da Qing

Da Qing city is located in the industrial corridor Ha Da Ji core region, and is the secondlargest economy city in Hei Longjiang province. In the national implementation of therevitalization of northeast old industrial base policy, the traffic of Da Qing got rapid progressin recent years, the road level improved in the national highway and provincial highway of DaQing at the same time, also bring overloading of vehicles, make the national highway andprovincial highway of Da Qing existing very heavy transportation. The old road orreconstruction of the new road asphalt roadbed diseases has been more serious. Lower thequality of its use and lifetime, at the same time, it also increased the maintenance and repairwork of Da Qing custody department. At present, the maintenance of asphalt concrete diseaseis basically rely on a certain experiment. At the same time, some pavement maintenancetreatment is too much consider the economic, the maintenance treatment effect is not up to thepar, makes the disease on the road appear again with the use of process, it also can lead to thecustody waste money. So how to formulate a reasonable maintenance scheme under custody’slimited funds has become a problem that urgently to be solved in Da Qing custodydepartment.Aiming at the existing problem of asphalt concrete pavement, this paper based on thecommon diseases of asphalt concrete in the national highway and provincial highway of DaQing were investigated. Combining with the characteristics of Da Qing city, respectively,analyzed causes of these common diseases though the design, construction, trafficcomposition, axle load characteristics and composition of asphalt concrete raw materials andgrading, and corresponding treatment measures are given. This paper based on the theoreticalanalysis, the old road surface pavement deflection value before and after milling planer andchange rules of equivalent are studied. Combining with a practical engineering, this paperstudies the argument. Thesis research results for solving of Da Qing city under the conditionof limited maintenance fund custody department accomplish to various sections of reasonablemaintenance has very important guiding significance.
