With the increase of population scale and the rapid development of economy, the traffic volume of national and provincial highway increases rapidly.National and provincial highway in China early built has been unable to meet the growing traffic demand, traffic volume many national and provincial highway exceeds its design capacity, service levels continue to decline, led directly to the national and provincial highway traffic congestion, and many early built national and provincial highway roadbed damaged seriously, influence the driving comfort, there are security risks, resulting in traffic accidents. Therefore,a large number of national and provincial roads need to be upgraded or expanded. At present, national and provincial highway expansion has become a hot spot of highway engineering construction in our country, effective organization counseling is the important issues facing the expansion project of national and provincial highway expansion work zone traffic flow,so as to change the national and provincial traffic organization expansion work area research has important significance. But at present, the domestic and foreign scholars are not clear about the traffic organization during the generalization of the national and provincial highway, and lack of the combination of the traffic organization scheme and the specific practice. To solve these problems, the following research is carried out in this paper:First of all, based on the research status at home and abroad,a comprehensive exposition of the arterial highway reconstruction and extension of concept and classification and the study of the form and characteristics of the expansion of construction methods, analysis of the expansion of the impact on the surrounding road network, summarizes the traffic characteristics of trunk highway construction section, and analyzes the traffic characteristics and quantitative effects on traffic diversion. Then,on the basis of analyzing the factors such as the formation and layout of regional road network, traffic volume, road traffic capacity and construction organization plan, which influence the formulation of traffic diversion organization within the scope of the project of provincial highway reconstruction and expansion, the paper summarizes the factors of highway construction work District traffic diversion organization design and formulation of principles and methods, and from the point line and far and near the various dimensions given various construction methods corresponding to the advantages and disadvantages of traffic diversion organization programs, precautions and specific design content. Finally, combined with Linfen city in Hong Yong highway overhaul project, divided into the first stage and the second stage construction, making five highway reconstruction traffic organization scheme, and combined with the construction during the construction of roads, road capacity, diversion after the overall flow respectively compared the feasibility and the service level of each scheme.Make a preliminary scheme based on two stage distribution organization scheme.Combined with Hong Yong lines during the construction of the surrounding road network, and through the traffic flow simulation of the program running effect are respectively simulated test and analysis feasibility, implementation effect the traffic organization scheme and the existence. This thesis improves the theoretical foundation of this forum both at home and abroad through the systematic analysis and integration of the influencing factors and methods of traffic diversion in the reconstruction and extension of national highway. The case study of Hongyong Line expansion project provides a comprehensive practical reference for theoretical research and other similar projects.
