Study On Diseases And Treatment Techniques Of Asphalt Pavement On Dezhou Provincial Main Line

With the rapid development of China’s economy,the traffic volume has increased year by year.The number of heavy vehicles has been constantly refreshed.In particular,the traffic is overrun and the phenomenon of overloading vehicles is increasing,and it is limited by environmental and structural design.At present,China’s trunk road asphalt pavement appeared a variety of disease phenomenon,especially the provincial highway maintenance technology is not comprehensive state,reducing the use of provincial highway pavement quality and life,seriously affecting the normal road operations.This paper combines the theoretical knowledge of provincial asphalt pavement maintenance work to study the disease maintenance work of Qingyun highway in Dezhou City.Collection and access to relevant information to understand the current domestic and international research on asphalt pavement disease and the corresponding conservation and maintenance measures taken.Based on the distribution of the trunk roads in Dezhou City,Shandong Province,the road surface condition index(PCI),road strength coefficient(SSI),and running quality index(RQI)were determined by investigation and survey sections of S246 and S315 sections of Qingyun County.),Pendulum(BPN)four indicators to determine the final comprehensive evaluation index(PQI).The survey results show that the pavement disease is mainly cracked,rutted and loose,and the cracks are mainly cracked.S315 comprehensive evaluation of pavement shows that the use of road performance is better,to the daily maintenance and repair in the main surface.S246 section of the disease is more serious than the S315,but the overall center,mainly to maintenance-based,for the K10 +476 ~ K12 + 000 comprehensive evaluation of the poor sections of the road to take overhaul measures.Then,according to the different characteristics and damage degree of the asphalt pavement of the provincial highway in Dezhou City,the causes and mechanism of the disease are deeply excavated,and the treatment method of the disease is put forward,which lay the foundation for further maintenance and maintenance.On the basis of the investigation and treatment of the above-mentioned disease results,three kinds of maintenance and repair measures are introduced in detail according to the conservation principle,including the production plan and the construction process of the new rubber and concrete,the regeneration and utilization of the old materials during the repair process.After the maintenance of maintenance measures to provide hard guidance.Finally,the combination of theory and practice,according to the comprehensive evaluation of survey sections to determine the type of disease and maintenance measures,and social and environmental analysis,the effect is good.
