Study On Rehabilitation Design And Construction Of Cement Concrete Pavement Of Zhanbei Road

With the rapid development of highways, increased of axle loads, the influence of roadsurface condition on driving comfort and safety it becomes increasingly important to developimproved requirements for the old cement concrete pavement. In order to meet the needs ofthe transportation development and improve the road service level, the road researchers haveto face the reality with the technical problems of cement concrete pavement rehabilitation.The research in this paper based on the rehabilitation project of cement concrete pavement ofZhanbei Road in Heilongjiang Province, the pavement conditions had been investigated, therehabilitation program design and construction process had been studied, the research contentinclude the following:1. Based on the investigation of pavement structure, pavement damage and pavementdeflection of the old cement concrete pavement, a comprehensive evaluation of the pavementcondition is conducted. The reasons of different diseases for the old cement concretepavement are analyzed.2. According to the actual status survey results of the old cement concrete pavement, thecracked pressure technology is used for the old cement concrete pavement, and separateasphalt overlay is adopted for the rehabilitation. In order to determine the reasonable asphaltoverlay structure design and materials design program, the pavement structure of the asphaltoverlay is calculated.3. The cracked pressure technologies and the construction process of the asphalt overlayhave been studied. The quality control details of the key aspects for the mixing of asphalt,transportation and compaction have been introduced in this paper. A complete set oftechniques of adding the asphalt overlay on old cement concrete pavement is formed，whichcan provide some beneficial experience and references for project design of maintenance andreconstruction on the old cement concrete pavement later on in our province.[1]...
