| With the rapid construction of highway in our country, the problem of highwaymaintenance and management followed. Such as, pavement performance and maintenancetiming is difficult to accurately judge, maintenance funds are large gap, etc. Therefore, themaintenance and management of limited resources must be reasonable arrangement and highefficiency，and it requires accurate evaluation and prediction to pavement performance. Andaccurate pavement performance evaluation and prediction can provide scientificdecision-marking basis for pavement maintenance management.The paper summarized evaluation index specifically for highway asphalt pavement,which is on the basis of pavement performance indexes and characteristics of highway, andanalyzed data detection, calculation formula, evaluation standard of indexes. Themater-element method is adopted to establish the evaluation and prediction model whenanalyzed advantages and disadvantages of evaluation methods.Firstly, the evaluation model of the matter-element method establish classical field andsegment field, which are based on evaluation standard and data range of index, and combinedwith test data establish evaluate of the matter-element. Secondly, the matter-elementaccording to the predetermined weight coefficient of index calculating correlation functionand correlation degree of corresponding levels. Finally, we can determine the comprehensiveconditions of road in accordance with the size of correlation degree. The prediction modelestablishes a calculating formula between correlation degree and time sequences. And thecalculating formula can predict development tendency of pavement performance. Thematter-element method uses variable weight when determining the weight coefficient ofindexes, and the method makes the results more close to the actual. Through examplesrespectively expounds the process of building model and results, which is matter-elementmethod of pavement performance evaluation and prediction model. |
