Along with the economic development of our country,highway construction,as the main body of infrastructure,has also developed greatly.As of 2014,Tianjin trunk highway mileage is 3691 kilometers,and ordinary trunk highway 2588 kilometers.Three national highways,49.962 kilometers in mileage and 11 provincial highways,88.774 kilometers in mileage,are maintained by the Highway Administration of Xiqing District of Tianjin.The maintained area of national and provincial trunk highways is 314.61 million square meters,accounting for 84.17% of the highway maintenance in the whole region.In the course of maintenance,there are many road su rface early rise damage.With the development of Tianjin highway industry,the maintenance of Xiqing District highway is becoming more and more prominent,but there is no evaluation standard for the technical status of highway maintenance in this area.Firstly,based on the research of asphalt pavement performance at home and abroad,the necessity and research content of this paper are determined.In order to make the evaluation of asphalt pavement performance more in line with the regional characteristics of Xi Qing area,the paper puts forward the index system for evaluating the performance of asphalt pavement in highway area from 5 aspects: the strength of pavement structure,the condition of pavement damage,the quality of road running,the rutting of pav ement and the anti slide of pavement.Secondly,according to the requirements of asphalt pavement technical condition evaluation,five indicators of pavement use condition evaluation are determined,namely pavement damage index,pavement smoothness index,pavement rutting index,pavement skid resistance index and pavement structural strength index.According to the regulations,the content of detection and investigation of pavement usage condition is defined,and the equipment,method and frequency of detection and investigation are determined.Based on this,the basic data of asphalt pavement performance in the area are obtained.Then,combined with different years' automated test data and artificial subjective evaluation research methods,a calculation mod el suitable for the evaluation index of asphalt pavement performance in the city area is formed,and the parameters of each index evaluation model are fitted.Then,through site investigation and AHP,the weight of asphalt pavement performance index in Xiqing area is determined,and the evaluation model of pavement performance in Xiqing area is established.Finally,through the test data over the years,the grey Markov prediction model of the asphalt pavement performance of the provincial highway in the are a is established to provide reasonable judgement for the maintenance decision of the highway in the area.
