With rapid economic growth, people’s living standards gradually improved, the quality of life requirements are also increased. China’s highway construction in recent years has made relatively great progress, which as a highway theoretical research and practical exploration are an important part of some achievements. However, the frequency of the current highway early disease, road maintenance and other issues not timely seriously affected the performance of the road surface, the urgent need is more appropriate for Pavement Maintenance Decision Making Chinese expressway.Since reasonable certainty before Pavement Maintenance Decision program is fully aware of the highway pavement performance, based on external conditions, Pavement Maintenance Decision Based on the selection method of decision-making program, the first of Expressway Pavement Performance Evaluation Methods were studied. In the fully learn the theory and practical experience at home and abroad on the basis of, an improved pavement performance evaluation methods and the comprehensive evaluation system.
