Bridge as a road transport facilities has played a huge role in promoting economic development and social progress. With the level of China’s economy continues to improve, the number of cross-sea bridge is also increasing day by day. Due to the marine environment in which the bridge is highly corrosive, so corrosion is one of the main factors affecting the service life of the bridge. Currently the best way to prevent corrosion is to use anti-corrosion coatings, but as the time accumulated it will be aging and fall off, so to repair the anticorrosion coatings becoming the main problem of sea bridge late care and maintenance. However, the machinery equipment for repair the anti-corrosion coatings is relatively scarce.So this paper mainly discusses the related knowledge about the cross-sea bridge anticorrosion coatings mend equipment realization and research on. First, discussed on the marine environment corrosion main factors as well as the corrosion destruction mechanism of the cross-sea bridge concrete structures. Due to the marine environment has a strong corrosion destructive for the concrete structure of the Cross-sea bridge, So anti-corrosion coatings is currently the most widely used anti-corrosion measures. Then this paper also discussed the role of anti-corrosion coatings and their failure analysis, Due to the failure of anti-corrosion coating fall off, So this paper focuses on the feasibility analysis of Cross-sea bridge concrete corrosion coatings repair equipment design and major structural frame. This equipment was composed of base chassis, added to our catalog and boxes of work components. In order to achieve the repair function, on the structure frame adds a driving device(Longitudinal and transverse servo motor),transmission device(Screw guide)and working device(Wire brush, Paint nozzle, Air holes and Vacuum Cleaner holes)and other auxiliary components. Finally use of Pro/E were solid modeling structure frame, and then use the ANSYS finite element software for the analysis of static structural and modal analysis to verify the feasibility of the structure frame.This repair equipment mechanized Construction, replacing the current manual operations, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
