In the process of engine study, the experiment is an indispensable process. With thedevelopment of science and technology, especially the development of computer technology,the application of virtual experiment is more and more widely. It not only can reduce the cost,but also can greatly shorten the cycle. Nowadays, the virtual experiment technology in manyscientific research units and education institutions have good use.Research goal is to engine part of the simulation model is established in the Adamssoftware, and some experimental tests; Then using graphical programming in LabVIEW, theengine virtual experiment system interface design, key design the content of the followingaspects:1.The introduces the test bench-dynamometer, and engine are introduced in detail theperformance test (load characteristics, speed characteristics, etc.) the test conditions and testmethods. Also on the engine performance characteristics are introduced, including load, speedand features.2. The performance engine parts was established in the LabVIEW function of theexperimental system, including the load characteristic test, speed characteristic test and videoplayback function, and so on, finally this experiment system how to use the Web services areintroduced.3. In the Adams software engine more rigid body mechanics model is established, and itsmodeling method are introduced; According to the traditional engine performance test theoryand method, in this engine model on the load characteristics, speed characteristics and otherproperties are simulated test.4. In the simulation software in the post-processing module of ADAMS/PostProcessortransfer into the whole engine model is set up; According to the traditional engineperformance test theory and method, make full use of the precision of the model of kinematicsand dynamics simulation, in this engine model on the load characteristics, speedcharacteristics and other properties were tested, and get the speed, the relationship betweenthe load and torque.
