In recent years, as China’s economic development, people’s living standardsimprove, the vehicle into the family has been an inevitable trend, we must clearlyrecognize that the world population is growing, the city continues to develop, humansare becoming increasingly cramped living space, creating high-quality livingenvironment has become theme of the times. Because fewer people and more of ourgreat contradictions, motor vehicle into the home, walked into the living quarters, willinevitably bring about a series of problems, and the housing problem is one of theimportant social issues in contemporary China, China’s economic developmentrequires that we establish suitable living environment.In this paper, an overview of the "car-building" in the course of development ofresidential roads set level, through a large residential area road design case studies,summarizes the design of human living quarters car branches and selection criterialeads to the living quarters Reflections in the creation of "hybrid vehicles andharmony" of the road system, and strive to form a workable model in the development,distribution, transport and environment settings, such as residential areas.This article from the current construction of a large residential area, based oncurrent theories residential road traffic planning to present a large number ofcommunity planning Xi’an example, studies of people and vehicles branch road trafficpatterns principles, design methods and problems, explore current social the contextof the proposed road planning and development prospects of Xi’an residential areaand related design recommendations, truly people-oriented design concept living areafor the future sustainable development of the city of Xi’an and make duecontributions.Article first chapter is mainly article research background, purpose, meaning andframeworks, the second chapter is an overview of the residential area of road transport,including the analysis of the current situation at home and abroad, the analysis oftraffic patterns selected third chapter is investigation of the article, summed up by the research branch of the advantages and disadvantages of people and vehicles, thefourth chapter is the study of people and vehicles branch-related systems, includingwalking system, dynamic and static traffic transport over hybrid vehicles based on theharmony of organizations design principles and methods of pattern, and finally putforward its own vision of the future.
