Research On The Transformation Design Of Spatial Organization And Environment Of Universitiy Library

Nowadays, the development of city architecture is improving rapidly. Libraryarchitecture development is an important aspect in city architecture culture. However, Withthe rapidly developing and improving of social media, Internet, and digital information, it ishard to fulfill current requirement of knowledge transformation and gaining with traditionallibrary service mode. Although the development of new library architecture has beenimproved I’m different part of China, there still are requirements for reforming old libraryarchitecture.This paper analyzed the impact of fashion to architecture of library in college based onfunctional requirement, humanity needs, and culture awareness.Thus, there is a need to makethe architecture of library’s architectural models and spatial structure to be flexibility andpermeability.However, most of libraries can not fulfill currently requirement for collegestudent. This paper has studied and summarized the issues for most college libraries inXi’an. Further, and provides the solution for identified issues.Bases on the study of environmental psychology and environmental behavior andanvironmental aesthetics and modulus design, this paper has studied the spatial organizationand ambience and functional layout from the perspective of user experiences and functionalrequirement.In current public architecture design, it is recommended to design based on humanrequirement according to their spatial separation, facility layout, environmentalconstruction,select furnishings and decorating style. In other words, to satisfy not only peoplereading requirement, but also let them fell comfortable when reading in library. Bard on thestudying of design method, this paper presents the design of flexibility and permeability andopenness for library interior space constitutes in order to make comfortable readingsurrounding.This paper has studied most colleges in Xi’an as well as some excellent library designinside and outside China. And also, this paper has applied the environment design and interiorspace capabilities for YiFu library of Chang’an University Weihui campus. All these designsare helpful for the future library transformation in college.
