asphalt pavement milling machine with fast moving chassis for circular pothole is a new millingasphalt pavement maintenance machinery, simple structure, easy operation, high efficiency, compared withordinary milling equipment, its prominent feature is the ability to shape the rules milled circular pitperpendicular to the edge slot. The main unit of the apparatus driven by a hydraulic element, and therefore,the hydraulic system of the machine is an important system. Meanwhile, the electronic control system is toensure the overall coordination of the work force and the hydraulic system of the necessary conditions, butalso to ensure job performance, increase operational efficiency of the necessary conditions.The main workof this paper is to implement efficient, energy-saving design concept, design and development the hydraulicsystems to meet the functional and performance requirements of the electronic control system, to achievethe main work device and electronically controlled hydraulic drive operation. The main work is completedas follows:this paper analyzes the functional and performance requirements of this milling machine, and theoperating device for the hydraulic system, and defines the ideas of this design.access to learning a lot of literatures and information on hydraulic and electro-hydraulic control,starting from the hydraulic support system designed to meet the requirements of each system, after thesynthesis and optimization, this paper completes the design of the whole hydraulic system. This papercalculates and selects the appropriate type and model of important hydraulic elements such as hydraulicpump and motor.for fast moving chassis machine hydraulic system controlled milling device support system for adetailed analysis of selected variables reasonable and energy-independent pump control system of thehydraulic cylinder, full use of engine power to ensure the efficient operation of milling machines.given the importance of the parameters about cylinder related a pump control system and realisticlimiting conditions of experiment, so I chose milling and waste lift hydraulic system for simulationmodeling and analysis, and discusses the internal and external parameters of the system on its responseaffect the speed and verified by simulation AMESim. Finally, the actual situation, proposed a method toimprove system responsiveness.According to vehicle dynamic control objects and their corresponding hydraulic system controlrequirements, completed the design of the vehicle electronic control system based on PLC, including hardware and software design, automated vehicle control milling operation cycle.Completed the electronic control system component selection and simulation.By design, calculation, simulation and modifications completed the hydraulic system and electriccontrol system designed to meet the fast car chassis circular pits milling function to achieve automaticcontrol requirements, with practical, efficient, energy-saving performance characteristics.
