Along with large-scale construction in China, there are still many problems inmanagement of rail traffic construction, such as: urban rail transit construction accidentfrequency; construction process information transfer process is complex, which could easilylead to lack of information; management information exists multiplicity, high degree ofcomplexity and uncertainty; management process of mutual restraint, the lack of multi-dimensional management concepts and methods.Traditional ways of project managementcan not satisfy the management of large complex project such as rail transportation, so perfectand practical multi-dimensional integration management system should be build for the railtransit construction process which is a open complex giant system to conduct the integrationmanagement scientifically and effectively, and to provide comprehensive information queryand multidimensional analysis method quickly and accurately for rail transit constructionmanagement. Comprehensive integration management should be taken in order to do allkinds of analysis, decision and prediction reasonably and effectively, and to improvemanagement efficiency.Thereforeļ¼Œ in other to resolve urban rail transit traffic information managementdimensions of a single isolated, traditional WBS technology limitations, the complexrelationship between the elements of management and other issues,by means of Multi-dimensional WBS Matrix technology, this paper takes analysis of integrated managementprocess from multiple dimensions, to strengthen the management of information integrationin the construction process. Through the built of generalized WBS matrix and the mappingbetween internal and external data of different matrix model, we can collect and analyze dataand explore the dynamic relationship, then we can solve problems about analysis, integrationand association of data in different subsystems; In this process, structure decompositionsystem of rail transit project, two-dimensional matrix model and there-dimensional matrixmodel is built, decomposition and integration process of integration management has beenstandardized, and the hierarchy is clear, so we can explore the way that multi-dimensionalmatrix model is structured on the basis of clearing the relationship between several models ofthree-dimensional matrix witch take a three-dimensional main axis as the connection point.Eventually, with the support of the model and the powerful database function of P6software,we take an example with two stations and two ranges in Xuzhou test section of rail transitline1to make a decomposition of the system and build a multidimensional model, andrealize the optimization design of rail transit integrated digital management system.This paper can provide operational methods for the information integration ofmanagement elements, digital and network management in the whole life cycle of urban railtransit construction project, in order that we can provide practical experiences for therealization of efficient management of urban rail transit construction projects and theacceleration of change and development in urban rail transit construction project managementmethod. At the same time, we also can provide a reference for the management of urban railtransit construction project in Xuzhou.This paper provides operational methods for the dynamic optimization analysis of datacorrelation relationship among different models or different module, then improve theenforceability of the plan.
