With the acceleration of the process of urbanization, there is a remarkable increase in urban scale and population in our country. By 2020, the level of urbanization will come to about 58%. In the mean time, urban mobile population will be doubled, which brings about not only the opportunity for the development of urban transportation, but also great pressure on it.Urban rail transit provides a safe and swift means of large-scale transportation services which effectively exploit resources and protect the environment. It is an ultimate solution to the problem of urban transportation and sustainable development.Urban rail transit construction is a huge and complex system which consists of two sub-systems: infrastructure system and operating facility system. Due to the large project scale, long time-span and complicated project structure, it is obviously characteristic of open and complex system considering such factors as process of rail transit construction, the participants and relative fields. Therefore, it is vital to scientifically and effectively manage and control this complicated project.In this dissertation, based on the concept and technology of CIC, system structure of integrated management in rail transit construction is studied, the implementation technology of rail transit integrated construction proposed, functional structure of controlling system analyzed and organization mode of integrated management established. Considering such controlling targets as construction investment, process and quality, the method of solving the problems of whole-process management and control in rail transit construction by means of digitalized technologies is researched so as to provide a basis for the implementation of integrated management and control in rail transit construction.With background information and relative theories of rail transit construction expounded, the following researches will be done in this thesis:(1) Establishment of the model of integrated management in rail transit construction. In the dissertation, the content and technology system of CIC is analyzed. In combination with theories of modern construction management, principles of integrated management in rail transit construction are proposed, and a model of integrated management is established, including the structure model of integrated management and control system and the model of life-cycle integrated management. The establishment of the model provides a theoretical instruction for the establishment of integrated management and control system in rail transit projects.(2) Design of integrated management and control system in rail transit construction. The difficulties in management and control in rail transit construction lies mainly in the fact that integrated management of project information requires the completion of structure design of integrated management system under the guide of the model of integrated management. With such sub-systems as construction control, operation control, finance control and overall control, the integration and optimization of information among and within the respective participants in the lifecycle of rail transit projects are achieved so as to improve the efficiency of cooperation and the quality of decision-making of the projects.(3) Study on technology system of integrated management and control in rail transit construction. With information technology and modern management technology analyzed, the implementation technology system of integrated management is proposed. Moreover, the applying strategies of such general technologies as web communication technology, workflow technology, standardization technology and visualization technology are analyzed and technology structure, principles and development plans of such core technologies as soft bus technology, intelligence technology and middleware technology are mainly studied.(4) Organization design of integrated management in rail transit construction. The implementation of information integrated management needs the support of corresponding organization. Organization integration is an important part of integrated management in rail transit projects. On the basis of analysis on the characteristics of organization management in rail transit construction and in combination with related theoretical methods, the common procedure and main content of organization design of integrated control are explored and the organization design of integrated management accomplished.(5) Application analysis of integrated management in rail transit projects. The application of integrated management is a complex management project. Therefore, the strategy of application is analyzed so as to propose the evaluation and improving methods of the application. Take a practical project as an example, the application analysis of payment integrated control system, materials management integrated control system and subway construction integrated control system are achieved respectively.(6) Summary and prospect. Summary, innovating points and problems needing further studying are mentioned in this part.In this dissertation, based on the practice of rail transit construction, CIC technology and relative basic theories are studied, which is significant for the improvement of management and control of rail transit projects in our country. Meanwhile, this dissertation also provides useful reference for large-scale infrastructure construction and application of information technology in civil engineering.
