| In recent years, with the advancement and deepening of the informationzationprocess in our country, a large number of data centers, which based on computercontrol system are constantly being created. And then, people put forward higherrequirement on the security, reliability, management of the power supply system inthe data centers. While the traditional distribution monitoring system does not matchthe current intelligent monitoring needs. Second, with increasing of the computerservers, network communication equipments and other electrical equipments, theconsumption and waste of the energy in the data centers is also on the rise, thusincreasing the cost of running enterprises. So the development of better powerdistribution, more accurate and intelligent power distribution monitoring system hasbecome a trend of the industry at this stage. According to the practical significanceand demand background, which is introduced above, this paper presented a designscheme of the power distribution monitoring system based on DSP and LabVIEW.Firstly, the paper introduced the demands for power distribution monitoring systemby the new generation of data center, and also made a concrete analysis of theadvantages and disadvantages of present related products at home and abroad, andthen, has defined the development trend of the distribution monitoring industry in thefuture. On this basis, this paper proposed a design scheme of the power distributionmonitoring system, which combined with LabVIEW and DSP. Also the specificfunctions and parameters requirements of the system were described in detail in thisscheme.Secondly, the methods of analyzing and calculating the electrical parameters,which needed to monitor in this system, were introduced in detail in the paper. Andthen, in order to calculate the electrical parameters, such as harmonic of the voltageand current, this paper had presented a method of harmonic analysis based oncomplex sequence FFT, which improved the ability and the speed of data processing.Thirdly, the design scheme of the slave computer hardware system, which based onDSP, was presented in this paper. Also the design method of the hardware circuit,which including the information acquisition module, signal conditioning module, DSP peripheral circuit module, serial communication module, switch I/O controlmodule, was produced in detail in this paper.Fourthly, in order to improve the ability of man-machine interaction, the designscheme of the host computer monitor interface, which based on LabVIEW, waspresented in this paper. And the design principle of the host computer modules,including communication with DSP, data processing, data storage, the design ofmonitoring panel, was also introduced in detail in this paper.Finally, this paper described the method of error analysis, and the relatedparameters of the A phase measuring error was analyzed, and also the reason ofmeasurement errors of the system was discussed.The power distribution monitoring system, which was designed in this paper, isexcellent in operation with stable, also with good ability of man-machine interactionand friendly user interface, which can basically meet the requirements of the designindex. |
