Pavement hydraulic power plant has broad application prospects, accumulator is animportant accessory. Because of the road hydraulic power unit is intermittent workingconditions, so accumulators applications more important, it performance determines the systemstability. Pavement hydraulic power unit accumulator main function is to eliminate the impactof stress and pressure pulsation, according the existing research, the paper analyzes inletstructure on the accumulator performance establish a more perfect accumulator model. Specificstudies of this topic include the following sections:Analysis of the hydraulic power unit road works, the accumulator function, combined withdifferent accumulator structural characteristics and performance, determining accumulatorsuitable for the road hydraulic power generation device, study accumulator history and currentsituation, summarized the existing accumulator research.Based on accumulator structure and working conditions accumulator divided into threepart, gas, oil and connecting pipe, build mathematical model respectively. Analysis accumulatorattainted stress state balance equation build a more comprehensive mathematical model of theaccumulator.Analysis hydraulic power plant work status and accumulator model parameters, determinesystem working parameters. Through mathematical models study the accumulator propertiesrelations with accumulator structure parameters, oil port and pipeline parameters. Use Mat labWrite simulation analysis procedures.Selected the step signal and the sine signal of the simulation input signal, the Matlab/Simulink to build simulation model of accumulator absorb pressure pulsation and eliminatethe pressure pulse. Observation accumulator absorbs shock pressure and pressure pulsationperformance variation, Change precharge pressure, inlet, connecting pipes structural parameters,simulation each structure parameters.
