Hydraulic accumulator is one of the important accessories in hydraulic pressure system. Its performance plays an important role in the hydraulic system. The accumulator's math model and the parameters is the basic theory in the research of the accumulator. The pipes quiver is very complicated in the hydraulic pressure quivers system and whether the accumulator can well be used is depended on all of the parameters of the quiver system.Quiver is very complicated in hydraulic quiver system. The paper gives two main points for it——impulsion and pulse. It analyzes the reasons they cause, and the factors, then find the rule to control.First, the paper analyzes the reason it cause from the pump, shows the parameters of the pump's structure, analyzes the math model. Finally, it gives the equation of the math of the pump's flux. It uses the 'matlab' software to emulate for analyzing the quiver system.Second, the paper establishes the model of the accumulator, analyzing the parameters of accumulator, which influences the function on the hydraulic quiver system.The working effect of the accumulator is depended on the parameters of the hydraulic system. This paper analyzes the relationship of the accumulator's math model and the parameters of the hydraulic system, puts the equation of the accumulator's parameters selection forward, and gives the concrete valueThe paper uses 'matlab and simulink' to emulate the accumulator working state. It establishes the math modules to emulate the accumulator for eliminating the quiver in the hydraulic pressure system and validates the race of the pump, the frequency of the valve and the influence on the accumulator and the influence of the parameters change. It analyzes whether the types in theory can satisfy the demand of eliminating the quiver of the system.According to result of the emulation and the research in theory, the paper validates the value of the accumulator's parameters. We use the hydraulic system of buccma company to simulate the quiver system.Comparing the theory parameters and the experiment parameters, the paper check whether the accumulator with theory parameters work well in the quiver system.
