| As the development of the industrialization of the world, the range of the metalsandwich panel application has become more and more widely, include panels used inthe roof and wall of the building or the important maintenance elements for the ship orairplane. For the advantages of sandwich panels, such as high-strength lightweightreliability and ect, had been fully recognized. In1950S metal faced sandwich panelswere firstly used as aviation or aerospace elements, since1970S, metal faced sandwichpanels had been used abroad in many constructions. In our country, since Reform andOpening up, metal sandwich panels have been used in more broader application.In the application of the metal faced sandwich panels, the analysis of the effects ofenvironment factors on the mechanical properties of the metal sandwich panels, includetemperature humidity radiation of the solar chemical aging biological aging and ect.Although the experts, here and aboard, have made plenary analyses on the mechanicalproperty of metal sandwich panel, hardly consider the effects of environment factors.The paper on the basis of the European experimental data and Arrow Projectengineering, analyze the effect of temperature, humidity, time, solar radiation and ect onthe mechanical properties of sandwich panels.In the light of the energy method, derivate the form of bending stress (wrinklingstress), under the condition of the changing elastic modulus with the thickness of thecore, build the relationship between the wrinkle stress and tensile stress of core, then, onthe basis of the foreign experimental data, analyze the tensile stress of the sandwichpanel under the longtime environmental effects, submmit the law of the tensile strengthand the temperature, humidity and time, unit the above theories, get the law of thebending ability under the environment, then use the experimental data to prove theapplication of the conclusion. The conclusion prompts the form in the EuropeanRecommendation which ignored the factors of environment and the thickness of thecore, on the basis of the above analysis to get the form of controlled temperature in themetal face and mid-deflection when there is a wrinkle damage.According to the damage in the actual engineering, study the mechanical propertiesin sandwich panel with fixed ends which under the short term environmental effects. Inthe light of engineering, model the real support condition, analysis the the mechanicalproperties in sandwich panel under the environmental effects and fixed supportcondition. Derive the equation of the stress and mid-span deflection, then get thecollected temperature equation and mid-span deflection under the wrinkle stress, whichmake the analysis results closer to the real condition. The conclusions contribute to the analysis of the temperature of the metal faced sandwich, protected the sandwich fromearly damage. |
