Rendezvous and docking(RVD) is a key technology for humanity to realizes theassembly of the space station, to supply and maintain the space platform, as well as theexchange of the astronauts and space rescuing service. This paper is based on theproject of three periods of the goddess of the moon. The project is XX control andsimulation. According to the task of rendezvous and docking, this paper designsapproaching strategy and mainly studies the attitude control and SEC position controltechnology in the process of close range rendezvous, designing filter to improve theperformance of control system, and simulating the whole system based on LabVIEWRT hardware-in-the-loop. In this paper, the main research results obtained are asfollows:First of all, the paper compare and analysis the algorithms of the jet thrustcontroller, jet/flywheel coordinated controller and a, then choose the combinationcontroller ofbig-small thrust method as the intersection position of X channel controlmethod, verifying the superiority of the methodthrough the instance.At last, this paperdetermines the control strategy of other channels.When determining the control strategy,it designedthe channel corridor ofrendezvous, reducing the number of jet, prolonging the life of the thruster.And itproposed an improved controllerof big or small thrust to improve the control effect of Xchannel; Because of strong coupling among the attitude formula, this paper introducedthe general feedback linearization method to handle the formula, and designed thesliding mode variable structure control algorithm based on reference model, usingPWPF technology to change the plenum pulse volume forthe continuous quantitative tothe control. Thenit simulatedthe algorithm, achievinga good control effect;Secondly,there exists a lot of noise in the actual system, in order to get moreaccurate measurement, this paper designed filter for attitude and positiononrendezvousand docking process, and had carried on the proof to the stability of the filter. Then adigital simulation was carried out;Finally, based on the rendezvous and docking of semi-physical simulation softwareand hardware facilities, it simulated the whole process of rendezvous and docking,semi-physical, verifying the correctness of the control algorithm and filtering algorithmand the feasibility of the semi-physical simulation method.
