With the diesel engine electronic control technology and development,greatly improve the comprehensive performance of the diesel engine.In view of the development of the control system on this model requires diversity characteristics,develop a high level of need diesel engine model has high real-time control system,at the same time to ensure adequate model accuracy,can simulate within a certain range of diesel engine working process.Is used to control the engine simulation model,the calculation method of usually can't meet the speed,fuel injection quantity,injection time,fuel of multi-cylinder inhomogeneity and so on a series of control requirements,and as a validation control system is more a lack of real time simulation model.Therefore,developed to meet the development of modern control systems model,the research of modeling method,calculation method under different demand and real-time optimization method has very important theoretical research value and the engineering application of very pressing needs.According to the working principle of vortex various diesel engine system,using the ideas of modularization,the method based on engine thermal process,under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink software to establish the X6170ZC-05 w zero dimensional volumetric method,the simulation model of diesel engine.Then on this basis to join crank Angle signal based engine cylinder volume model,and the model of real-time optimization.The real time and ensure the accuracy of the whole of the diesel engine simulation model are in reasonable range.Then based on dSPACE simulation platform,semi-physical simulation and from good real-time simulation model is set up for the online test.To function test and the model parameters,test results show that the real-time simulation model can build and ECU hardware has the good compatibility,for engine ECU development and validation of semi-physical simulation provides a good platform.The real-time simulation model and the traditional experiment is used to control the average points cylinder model analysis of cylinder volume model to the more complex process in cylinder and excellent real-time performance,than the traditional points average cylinder model is more suitable for the development and debugging of the controller.Cylinder volumetric method to establish good points real-time model of multi cylinder injectionquantity non-uniformity simulation,through the analysis of simulation results,this model was verified to the simulation engine multi-cylinder the dynamic process of fuel injection quantity non-uniformity of multi-cylinder diesel engine fuel injection quantity inhomogeneity study provides a good experimental environment.In this paper,the semi physical simulation platform with perfect functions,convenient debugging and the experiment of low cost,can develop strong sexual characteristics,the user can be absorbed in the ECU in the early stages of the development,development,and don't have to be in the process of joint debugging and engine consumes too much time and energy,which can greatly shorten the development cycle and cost.For diesel engine electronic control system development,debugging,and provides a better half physical simulation platform.
