| Cryogenic target technology:with the low temperature property of liquid ammonia,the fusion fuel-DT is freezing in the target, and the solid or liquid DT is characterizedon the inner surface of the target. The process of making cryogenic target is as below:under the circumstance of temperature (290K~400K), atmospheric pressure (1500units),the ICF cryogenic target is filled with the DT fuel. And the cooled down to20K, at thesame time the fuel is compressed. The target is positioned in the chamber, the locationvariation range of the target is within5um. The shroud is removed before shooting thetarget within100ms. And the removing process influence the localization accuracy ofthe target. So the target remover is a critical part of the cryogenic target system. Theremove speedã€stability etc. will affect the result of shooting target. So the paper isfocus on speed property and stability of the target remover.Firstly, the kinematic and dynamic properties of the target remover are analyzed,. Thekinematic and dynamic functions of the mechanism are established. When themechanism is worked under some certain acceleration, the kinematics and dynamicparameters of every movable component are analyzed, include acceleration, velocity,displacement, force and torque. Ignoring the constraint force, with Lagrange function,the reaction forces of the base are solved.Then, the stiffness matrix of the six-freedom-location-base is established. The basicmode and stiffness modal are analyzed. Considering the flexible link between targetremover and location-base, the target remover-shock absorber-location base is regardedas a damp-less vibration system. Establish the vibration function, and in MATLAB,solution of the function is got.Put the solution as the objective function and the stiffness of absorbers and locationas optimization variables, with constraint of structure parameters, use FMINCONfunction, the results of optimization variables are got.Lastly, the working process of mechanism is simulated in ADAMS and ANSYS.Model analysis of the location-base is calculated in ANSYS, and export the modelneutral file (MNF) to ADAMS. In ADAMS, import the MNF, and set the optimizationvariables to the target value, and run the simulation. Varify the thory analyse andsimulation by experiments. |
