Research Of Skid Steer Loader Cab’s Comfort

In this paper, the comfort of skid steer loader cab are studied and discussed.Good comfort experience not only can improve the operating efficiency of theexperience of drivers, help the drivers to reduce driving fatigue, but also to protect thesafety of the driving operating with a very important role. Research on this topic canfurther improve the skid loader cab comfort theory, expand the application fields incomfort studies, and provide for the design and evaluation of the theory of domesticskid loader cab, ideas and data reference. At present, research on comfort skid loadercab has few available references, so how to accurate evaluation skid loader cabcomfort, become very meaningful researches.Based on ergonomics, anthropometry, fuzzy mathematics theory, this paperspreads the study of skid loader cab’s comfort. Firstly, have a definition of the comfortof skid loader cab in two aspects, namely and dynamic, and have a analysis about thefactors which affect its comfort from four aspects, the visual, auditory, seat andoperating systems. In the form of a questionnaire, have knowledge of the comfort ofpresent products. Secondly, by the establishment of multi-level fuzzy evaluationmodel, find the weight of each factor, and have an objective appreciation about thecomfort of existing products combined with the before findings. Then by roles of thewhole space cab design, vision design, seat design, operating system design anddashboard design, have a design to meet the comfort requirements of the human bodyin factors which have little weigh in whole. Finally, using the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation system, have a comprehensive evaluation on new designs, to verify therationality of the design.It hopes this paper can provide some theoretical basis and reference value guideto those who will do research on skid steer loader cab comfort later.
