Naval gun in ship is the traditional carrier-based weapon shouldering the important fighting mission of air defense, missile defense, against the fight on sea and land. The reliability of ammunition system directly determines the operational performance of ship-borne weapons and battle efficiency, more related to the naval gun about the security, stability and reliability under complicated marine environment, different area, to a combination of a variety of working conditions. Consequently, the reliability of Naval gun becomes an important indicator to modern naval gun tactics level. In order to adapt to the design of naval gun performance rising demand, this article is based on Naval Gun automation ammunition feed technology, reliability transport principle, against Naval Gun storage and transportation system for the working process of the transport agency, ammunition storage. Research institutions overall reliability design performance relationship based on the method and system of system fault tree Naval Gun transport system reliability design.First of all, this paper introduces the system structure and working principle of the ammunition storage and transportation system, by the analysis of factors which have an effect on the reliability of ammunition box, structure model is established according to the design criteria, the reliability analysis of main components and subsystems of failure affects the reliability of the whole body, the mechanism of reliability model is set to lay a good foundation for the system reliability calculation and checking.Secondly, put forward AGREE reliability allocation methods in ammunition storage and transportation system application method, application conditions and basic steps. Using fault analysis method (FTA)to find out the major parts of the body’s faults and weaknesses. With AGREE reliability allocation method, the ammunition storage and transportation, transit system based on fault tree, carries on the system of minimum cut sets and the probability of top event setup. The reliability design and further analysis of the basic approaches is carried out to improve the reliability of system using the Monte Carlo method of transportation system organization.Finally, using the software Pro/E and Ansys/workbench software, the organization of ammunition storage and transportation, transit system platform of finite element analysis model is built, through the parameterized design language APDL programming, probability of the transmission shaft in ammunition storage and transportation system and framework in transportation system and the key parts are designed and analyzed. Reliability design is run based on the static analysis and transient analysis. The system reliability is checked according to the mechanism working condition and proving correctness of system reliability design based on AGREE method and fault tree.
