Research Onthe Application Of Sustainable Design Concept In Product Design

Industrial society has brought us a wealth of material and wealth today,but at the same time our environment has been an unprecedented destruction,the whole society is in a kind of unsustainable edge,seriously affecting the economic development and social progress.Therefore,sustainable innovation has become an important measure to maintain its development in the fierce market competition.It is in this context,the sustainable concept of sustainable design in the production of life,the application of sustainable design concept in product design and product development and business model innovation,improve customer satisfaction,the inevitable choice and effective way to achieve the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry.The sustainable design of the product is an effective design method,which can realize the reduction of the product,reduce the impact on the environment,and use the characteristic of service to gain higher user satisfaction.In this paper,the concept of sustainable design in the product design application as the core,the following aspects of the study:1.By combining the basic theory of TRIZ and industrial design,the invention can be applied to the engineering field of the invention,the standard solution and the material field in TRIZ.The technology evolution,and so on,can be summarized as the general principle in the design field.Form a set of new TRIZ theory and method system,which is suitable for industrial design practice.The system will combine the characteristics of industrial design and industrial designers to more effectively apply TRIZ theory method and tools,the use of TRIZ theory to further refine the analysis of the design elements of the interaction between the formation of innovative methods for industrial design practice to improve the efficiency of the design problem,to provide better reference for the application of the design method.2.Product commercialization stage sustainable design process.The relationship between product life cycle and the design of sustainable system is discussed,and the related factors in the product life cycle are extracted.Integrated with the system structure of the product and the application of the life cycle theory in the sustainable system,the design flow is proposed to guide the transformation of the existing product system to the sustainable system;3.With the concept of the service concept of the laundry service in the University,the sustainable system design,construction of the service system and service blueprint,the user interface is designed.Finally,the design results are evaluated by questionnaire andconcurrent design.Through the example of the design,to verify the authenticity and feasibility of the theory.
