Research Of Quality Management Of Xijiang Bridge Project Of Nanguang Railway

With the investment in railways increasing, railway construction industry will accelerate the development. There is no doubt that railways’quality is a very important issue to everyone. The quality of the project is the life of the project, and railway projects due to its high design standards, technical difficulty, strict quality requirement, making the quality to be the emphasis and difficulty of the railway project, which also proposed more stringent requirement.This article is based on the Xijiang River Bridge of newly build project Nanguang railway to analysis project quality management. First, an overview of the Nanguang railway and xijiang River Bridge is given, then analysis of the difficulties and characteristics of the Xijiang River Bridge. Secondly, summary of domestic and international research in project quality management, as well as the related theoretical concepts, and then details the ISO9000standards system and total quality management, describing their practice coping. Thirdly, it studies specifically of the Xijiang River Bridge’s project quality management, starts from its requirements to manage quality and then build the Xijiang River Bridge’s project quality management system, including quality objectives, quality planning, quality assurance system, quality control, and the end’s quality management. Next, it researches the project quality management system, analyzing the concrete measures and experiences taken by the Xijiang River Bridge project in quality management, detailed analyzing of the process and outcome of the QC quality activities.The article is looking forward to provide a reference for the quality management of a similar railway bridge project, building China’s high-quality, high-performance, and safe railway bridge.
