With the commercialization of concrete, the concrete mixer truck is widely usedin the field of construction engineering. As the core component part of the truck, thefunction of the hydraulic system directly determines the performance of the mixer.Taken the12m3concrete mixer truck as the research object, a comprehensive reviewof transport modes, technical requirements, structures and working principles aregiven in this paper. The focuses of the analysis are the structure and workingprinciples of the hydraulic system and the constant speed control of the mixing drum.It studies the dynamic performance of the hydraulic system by using the method ofcombining the experiment and simulation technique. The main work is as follows:1Hydraulic system of concrete mixing transporter has carried on the real vehicleperformance test. The torque,speed, and pressure data are obtained through the test,then the displacement of variable pump in various working conditions are obtained,provided useful test data for carrying out research work about simulation method.2The co-simulation research was carried out in various operating conditions ofconcrete mixer truck. Based on the theoretical model of the hydraulic system and thegeometry of mixing drum, hydraulic system and mechanical system co-simulationmodel has been established. Then the whole working process of the truck is simulated.By comparing the results, it proves that the simulation model is accurate, whichprovides the basis for the performance of the hydraulic system optimization.3The constant speed control of mixing drum is studied by co-simulation. Theblock diagram of transfer function of the system is obtained. Through the blockdiagram, the simulation model of the control system is established, after then analysisthe ability of maintaining a constant speed in case of changes of engine speed. Thesimulation analysis has a certain reference and guidance significance to the design ofthe constant speed system research and development.Through testing and data-analyzing the hydraulic system, this paper providessome certain reference value for further analyzing the hydraulic system dynamicperformance. The established co-simulation model can be used to develop new mixerhydraulic systems. It is also of great application value for the design and optimizationof the hydraulic system.
