In order to manage the whole process of tracking container operations, containershipping companies have established logistics information management systems andscientifically managed the container logistics business. Because informationsystems at home and abroad are mutually independent, the data are distributed andheterogeneous, resulting in the "information island" phenomenon. Therefore, in orderto timely obtain overseas container status information and cost information. Thecontainer information systems require synchronization with information of overseasports and keep the container information both at home and abroad.Firstly, this thesis deeply discusses the strategies and techniques of capturing thedynamic data in heterogeneous database, application conditions, advantages anddisadvantages. The techniques and methods of data conversion, data update andconflict detection are expounded. Secondly, combined with the shipping containermanagement information system, a synchronous strategy for this system is proposed.This strategy is based on a method of improved control table change to capture thechanged data, and use XML as intermediate data model of data conversion. And ittakes the method of key states to sync the information of containers. Finally, thebusiness needs and operational processes of the container logistics areanalyzed. Combined with the function of this system, the design and application of theimproved control table are introduced, and the roles of each function module in thecontainer logistics management information system are expounded in detail.The strategy of data synchronization in the thesis can be greatly applied in thecontainer logistics information systems. The improved method of control table cantimely obtain all the sequence of changed data from the source table, in order to getperfect control information. The way of key states can effectively reduce thetransmission of synchronous data and improve the autonomy of the local.
